I was thinking about the lack of run production/lack of home run production and was wondering if we had any home-run/power-hitting prospects?
I think LaRoche is one, but do we have any others that might be able to contribute soon? |

Kemp and Laroche are supposed to be the power bats of the future. Joel Guzman was also supposed to have good power, but he's no longer with us _________________ Counting the days to the 09 season |

| kemp and laroche are supposed to have 30-40 home run potential. i think ethier, young, and martin all have potential as 20-25 home run guys as well. |

| It's just frustrating to see the team struggling from a lack of producing runs now, but it'll be worth it in a couple years when the everyone's ready to consistently contribute at a high level and we'll say: "good thing grady didn't trade any of those youngsters" |

Josh Bell from Great Lakes (A-ball) is the bestt one I could think of, besides all the prospects that got called up this year. But that might take awhile. Lambo is definately a candidate, but thats eons away. _________________
