I sure wish we had offered him arbitration after 04...but no, Depo wanted to go with Ledee, Drew, Bradley, Repko, and Grabowski instead

his veteran leadership still would have been a far cry better than Ledee, Grabowski, and Bradley and all his clubhouse (and on-field) antics

The Pads were Filey's first NL West team, IIRC.

Oh well, he certainly isn't going to win them the division, their ballpark should do him good. He's very streaky though, especially last season.

True, but in that season, it wouldn't have matter. Nothing could've save the Dodgers from that forgettable season. man1
