Okay, I got a copy of Bioshock for Xmas, but I already have it. Even though it didn't come from GC, they would let me exchange it for store credit or something, right? It's still sealed, so that shouldn't be a problem, but there's no receipt.

I ask because it's basically impossible to find their return and exchange policy online. mad1

why do you wana return it at gamecrazy???

last experience i had with them is they will accept it.. but give you cred like its used... your best bet is to try TRU or Walmart.. or Target and exchange it... they will take your DL number to make sure you arent a repeat offender... but will give you cash back sometimes(i know target does) jam2

I have an MVP membership at GC and a 20% off all purchases coupon. Plus, I would probably use the credit towards a used game or two.

Did GC give you credit for what it's worth brand new or not?

Toys R Us will do nothing without a receipt. I've tried. I thought about Target and Walmart but their selections underwhelm me.

GC- didnt give me new value.. granted it was an old game... so idk... i guess it depends on the guys working the counter...


how bout trying Target .. see if they will give you money back.. right now after the holidays is the perfect time.. if they give you cash.. you can still get what you want at GC man3

You're sure Target gives cash back, even without a receipt? If they do, that saves a lot of problems right there.

Dude try Target they don't check anything. Just have to make up a good enough story. I did for something once with my first Xbox and I ended up getting 2 for the price of one. They didn't even check the serial numbers.
