I really think this team can make the playoffs. While I don't think we have the talent to be cup contenders, I do think we can finish in the top 8, and it'd be good for our young guns to get some playoff experience.

ya he's a douche...i cant believe what he did at the end of the kings-ducks game last night

btw, the Kings-Stars game was a classic...that had to be one of the best games/comebacks i have ever seen

i thought when we went to the shootout we would lose for sure...way to take 2 straight up in san jose within the past week jam2

Got two free tickets to the Kings game tonight against the Coyotes. Was a good game and the Kings lost so that was awesome! I have to admit, I haven't followed hockey this year, so I had no clue how anyone is or was doing ... it was nice to finally have time to watch some hockey ... even if it was the Kings. But it was good to see Shane Doan (he has a cool first name and is a good hockey player) and I don't know when but Bryzgalov is on the Coyotes! When did that happen?! Was a really physical game, I really thought a fight was going to break out.

Our goaltending is terrible right now, and it's been frustrating that none of our players have the courage to step up and stand up for their teammates. I haven't seen any of our guys drop the gloves in a while.

Oh well - we're in the midst of a rebuild. In a few years we'll be perennial cup contenders.

well we keep on losing to teams we should be beating. It seems the team is not very consistent on the ice.

And this is more a general hockey observation rather than king-specific, but is it just me or are guys dropping the gloves less and less? I don't recall seeing almost any fights recently
