Ok, anyone know any tips to get a sleep schedule back on track? Over this break from school I stay up late and sleep in late. All this week and half of last I have been trying to get it back on track, but I am still not getting tired until like 2-4am and I don't wake up and feel rested until 12noon. I hate sleeping in like that as I feel my whole day is wasted. I also have to get up in the morning tommorrow as I am starting my job back up again and it is going to be hard to get up at like 6 or 7AM. Maybe that is all I need as even when I sleep in to noon, that is when I have to wake up for my second job starts at 1:30 ...
I just need to get back to a regular schedule.
I tried going to bed on time midnight ish ... nope
I tried Benadryl ... nope
any other tricks? |

Reading a Book always make me sleepy, lol. Try a textbook. _________________ I'm a Female Fan |
