Hi my name is Snake Eyes and I am a Dodger-holic.

Ok sorry I couldn't resist.

Yeah I go by Snake Eyes or Snake for short. Sometimes people call me SE also; either works and I'll respond to either in the forum world, but I do prefer Snake. I chose my username to be Snake Eyes to be universal to any forum I go to. I was originally called LakersR#1 on Clublakers where everything began. I was the 91st member to join over there (or something like that) After a while (and belonging to few different web site forums) I decided to convert all my names to Snake Eyes. It is based on the coolest character of G.I. Joe. G.I. Joe is a awesome cartoon I used to watch as a child and they are making it into a live action movie due out in the next couple of years too. I think I do relate to him as I am generally quite and shy in real life, but treat everyone with respect ... plus Ninjas are awesome. After being a member for several years (and active most of the time) I had it with that site and left for many different reasons which I don't want to get in to. On a rare rainy day though you might, just might, catch a glimpse or response from me over there. They say you can't leave CL but I have as I have a new home and its a definite upgrade! But Enough about that.

Yeah I am a bit of a geek. I like video games, superheroes, TV, I am a history buff (major), and a sports fanatic too. Here are the teams I like:

MLB: Dodgers ... Mariners are a somewhat distant second
NFL: Tampa Bay Buccaneers
NHL: Anaheim Ducks
NBA: Los Angeles Lakers

I am a diehard fan of all those teams. I was well known at CL for hating Kobe (well before the fans turned on him). I am also criticized for not being a true blue fan as I also like the Mariners. Trust me, I do love the blue and am a hardcore fan. I just grew up liking both teams and idolizing Ken Griffey Jr. ... go figure!

Some notable favorite Baseball players: Ichiro, A-Rod, Randy Johnson, Ken Griffey Jr., Takashi Saito, Russell Martin, Dice-K, Robinson Cano, Francisco Liriano, Mark Prior, Jake Peavy, K-Rod (Angels Closer), Marcus Giles, Ryan Howard, Cole Hamels, Chase Utley, Kenji Johjima, Cesar Izturis, Adrian Beltre, Andre Ethier, Jeff Franceour ... I know there is more players who I really like but these guys were just off the top of my head.

Let's see what else can I say ... I mentioned I am a history major and my favorite period of history is the American Revolution. But being a fan of history it might strike some as odd that I hate politics. Most people are not respectful when they talk politics so I try really hard not to get into it, and because of that I am not stating what side I take ... a few member here know for sure.

Some who migrate here from CL, at least ones that knew me well, will be happy to hear that I am no longer a security officer. For those who don't know, I did that for 2 years and it was hell. I was always down, angry, never ever happy and depressed. It was good money and that is really why I stuck with it. Also I see it as the lowest for of duty (comparable to, but not anywhere near the police, military etc.) and I felt like I had to give back to my country somehow.

But now I have 2 jobs. One being a student Ambassador at my College (Citrus College). What does that mean? Well I give tours to students who are interested, I act as a college rep and go to community and college fairs, and I give presentations to other schools and classes. Because of a presentation is how I got my second job as a tutor / counselor at one of my old stomping grounds (the middle school that I went to). Because of my first job and most of the people who are my co-workers, and some who are friends, my life turned around. I am a happy person who likes his 2 jobs and looks forward to seeing the people all the time. The ambassador job has given me so many opportunities and given me the opportunity to help many which is really awesome. Yeah so I am relatively happy ... just wish I wasn't single.

Hmmm I really am just sorta typing random things. I encourage questions, if you want to know something just ask.

Favorite Current Dodger: Manny

Favorite Past Dodger: Jackie Robinson

Favorite Dodger Moment: When I went to the Mariners/Dodgers series a couple years back. Every game was cool as those are my favorite teams. Mariners a distant second. Although I was mad the Dodgers lost the series, in the final game it was awesome, because they let the fans on the field. Me and my friends went and purchased a ball and played catch in CF and LF. We also were able to "climb the wall" to pretend to steal a HR in RF. This wall all until security nearly kicked us out.

Favorite Dodger Memorabilia: If I ever get any, MANNY DREADS! OTher than that Dodgers Jerseys.

Favorite Snack at Dodger Stadium: Dodger Dogs / Ice Cream Sandwhiches

Been A Dodger Fan Since (Time and Cause)
: I was born ... grew up a Dodgers fan. While I am on this question I will go into the Mariners thing. I grew up idolizing Ken Griffey Jr. so I became a fan. But again they are a distant second.

The Reason I Hate Angels Fans Is: They think they are automatically better than the Dodgers ... so arrogance.

Why The Giants Suck: Well I think it is quite evident from their W.S. trophy case ... oh wait they don't have one yet.

Least Favorite Dodger (Current): A tie between Kent, Brox, Berroa, and Andruw Jones

Least Favorite Dodger Moment:Raul Mondesi saying no when I asked him to sign my baseball as a kid.
