Giants get their first win, 5-3. It's good to know that Benitez is still their "closer" as he almost blew the game with a 5-1 lead.

We got off to a horrible start, but that didn't get us down. I like that. The pitching has played a huge role (duh).

Sending Cain on the mound tonight, let's try to put together another run. We need all the early wins we can get. This is an old team, and they're going to tire out towards the end of the season.

Tim Linceum looks like he should be in highschool not the Majors! How old is he? I do like his windup and pitching style though.

Yeah he wasn't that good. Not that I am trying to defend a Giant but its hard to go out there for the first time and do well. I'd give him the benefit of the doubt for now.
