MICKEY HATCHER

Years With Dodgers: 1979-80 & 1987-90

Notable Stats and Attributes: Mickey played his first and final game with the Dodgers. Filled in for Kirk Gibson in the 1988 World Series, batting .368 with 2 HR and 5 RBI. Mickey was a fan favorite. He sprinted to first after being walked and when hitting a lead-off HR in Game 1 of the 88 series he sprinted around the bases. You could tell mickey loved to play and was itching to get on the field. He was glue in the clubhouse and kept everyone on their toes and positive.

Sutton was less popular then Koufax and Drysdale and put up great numbers

Sutton will also rip the dodgers any chance he gets on tv. I never liked him. I even question his HOF status. Now he's in DC doing games for the Nats. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

We all love these guys ... I used to be the biggest Piazza fan until he turned his back on the organization. I despised the guy ever since. I mean I really liked the guy. I used to get t shirts and baseballs, heck I even would write fan mail to the guy as a kid. All over a contract dispute ... and then we trade him for garbage.

One guy who randomly entered my mind was Paul Quantrill about a week ago. A solid relief pitcher on 03 and 04.
