I've seen the "C" on them. I assume it means Captain? Because Peyton Manning had it.

it's cool, and its an optional thing for a team to use...they dont have to put it on the jerseys

Yeah I noticed it. THought it was cool. Most of the time the C went to the QB. One I noticed who didn't have it was Tony Romo ... did anyone notice who did? Terrell Owens?

Yeah, some QB's don't have it. I would guess that the QB's that don't have the C are people like Rex Grossman.
